At GPBank, I’m building the SRE team and reliability culture while developing a hybrid-cloud observability system that provides visibility across bare-metal hardware, AWS Landing Zones, and containerized workloads.

At FPT Smart Cloud, I led the re-architecture of the observability platform from OpenStack Monasca to a multi-tenant Prometheus-compatible platform using Golang. This work scaled throughput from 50 to over 12,000 samples per second, kept latency under one second, and extended retention from 7 to over 90 days.

At Bizfly Cloud, I developed CDN and Anti-DDoS backend systems and improved CDN backend performance by 70% through code refactoring and asynchronous task queues. Earlier, at CTD Lab, I developed backend systems to control IoT systems over the internet.
