I'm looking for an entry-level IT Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support role where I can apply practical troubleshooting skills, develop professionally, and help users solve technical problems.

I've supported users at Secom Solutions by diagnosing hardware and software issues, installing operating systems, applications, and drivers, and assisting with computer assembly, upgrades, and maintenance.
