I’m looking for a leadership role where I can own operations and compliance, translate strategy into measurable KPIs, and strengthen risk controls—using business intelligence and modern financial technology to drive sustainable growth.

I bring extensive senior-level experience across financial services, financial wellness, and banking—combining business development, operations management, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance. In every role, I focus on building reliable processes that improve performance, scalability, and service delivery.

Most recently, as Director of Grants and Operations at Jumoke Academy Charter Schools, I create budgets, build annual financial plans and forecasts, and advise executives on financial decisions. I oversee financial operations and reporting, manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations, and use business intelligence to guide strategic planning. I also lead grant schedules and tracking—researching funding prospects, generating proposals and narratives, coordinating submissions, and liaising with funding agencies.

Previously, I served as Vice President of Operations at PerCapita Group, where I directed product rollout and delivery, compliance and reporting, risk mitigation, KPI management, and continuous improvement. At Liberty Bank and KeyCorp/KeyBank, I assumed ownership for business lending, regulatory compliance, audits/exams, budgeting, and operational procedures—while streamlining workflows and driving transformation management. I delivered measurable revenue impact, including generating more than $31.2 million in sales to new clients and $10+ million in newly penetrated clients over two and a half years.

I’ve also grounded my leadership in audit and compliance expertise, including Senior Auditor work at Reed & Associates CPAs and Consultants and Area Manager/Branch leadership roles with deep adherence to regulations and risk controls.
