I rebuilt Cubic Inc.'s books after a fraud-related turnover, clearing a nine-month backlog and recovering over $100,000 in unsent invoices and unpaid accounts.
I ran the full accounting cycle for a $2 million construction business, from accounts payable across 100+ vendors and subcontractors to job costing, milestone billing, payroll, bank reconciliations, sales tax returns, 1099s, and month-end financial statements. I also created work-in-progress schedules, improved recurring owner reports, and streamlined invoicing, reconciliation, and check-run processes.
Before construction accounting, I built a strong operations foundation at Coach's Neighborhood Grill through cash handling, daily deposits, vendor ordering, inventory counts, scheduling, and daily sales and labor reporting. I hold an A.A.S. in Accounting and Finance and passed the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment for Tax Associates.
