What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my bookkeeping, payroll support, financial recordkeeping, and office operations experience to a construction or service-based business where accuracy, organization, and customer service matter.

I've managed bookkeeping and office operations for construction and service businesses, including Premium Group, Beroli Construction Inc, and Large View Plumbing & Heating. At Premium Group, I supported four companies and reconciled 10+ bank and credit card accounts monthly with 100% accuracy.

I handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, QuickBooks transaction categorization, payroll support, financial reporting, expense tracking, inventory records, and project budgets. I also create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for payroll, inventory, project tracking, and administrative reporting.
