I’m looking for a role where I can own web/mobile campaign tracking and analytics, build dashboards and management reports, and deliver dependable IT support—so customer and site data directly drive better outcomes.

I’m an experienced Web Analyst and Information Technology Support Specialist focused on turning data into decisions. At AfricaSokoni Ltd, I planned, developed, and managed web and mobile campaigns and channel tracking, then produced clear reports for management by monitoring performance trends.

I also built daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly digital dashboards using key indicators, analyzed web analytics data to evaluate site performance, and tracked customer trends, visitor behavior, and frequently purchased items. In parallel, I provided responsive IT services—deploying, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment, troubleshooting network services, and supporting staff to keep operations running smoothly.
