What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote opportunities in healthcare coordination, clinical operations, patient success, care navigation, telehealth support, health program management, and healthcare administration, where I can apply my clinical expertise and patient-centred approach.

At Korle Bu Teaching Hospital's National Reconstructive Plastic Surgery & Burns Centre, I coordinate rehabilitation for patients with burns, hand injuries, reconstructive surgery, trauma, and complex musculoskeletal conditions.

I've managed patient follow-up, rehabilitation planning, discharge preparation, recovery monitoring, clinical documentation, and patient education while collaborating with surgeons, nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists, and social workers.

As Quality Improvement Lead for the Burns Rehabilitation Follow-Up Project, I designed patient tracking and communication systems, coordinated outreach and data collection, and used PDSA methodologies to strengthen continuity of care after discharge.

I've also trained more than 60 healthcare professionals in hand therapy, splinting, burns rehabilitation, tendon rehabilitation, and functional recovery, and contributed to public education with Beyond Burns International and national media platforms.
