What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations where I can strengthen trade compliance, optimize costs, develop teams, and drive digital improvements across complex multinational networks.

At Hanesbrands, I lead Caribbean regional logistics across transportation, trade compliance, inventory movements, distribution, and the import and export of more than 2,000 containers annually.

I manage 3PL contracts, SLAs, a USD $4M logistics budget, and cross-functional teams while maintaining alignment with OEA and CTPAT compliance practices. Through cost-to-serve optimization and expense management, I achieved annual demurrage savings of 40% from 2018 to 2023.

I’ve also led digitalization work, including a container inventory management application, system enhancements, multi-site improvement projects, and co-development of a fiscal billing tool aligned with customs and fiscal requirements.

My background spans logistics analysis, procurement planning, inventory flow management, international shipments, product development, and industrial engineering, supported by graduate studies in Supply Chain Management and Business Intelligence & Big Data Analytics.
