Detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester validating Unreal Engine gameplay, UI, and physics for stable game releases.
What I'm looking for
I’m a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester focused on validating gameplay systems, UI functionality, and physics stability within Unreal Engine prototypes. I build structured test plans, document issues clearly, and run regression testing to help teams ship stable milestone builds.
In Full Sail game projects, I designed and executed 30+ structured test cases covering gameplay mechanics, UI systems, audio integration, and AI behavior. I identified and documented physics instability defects, including issues that impacted character launch and collision consistency.
I’m comfortable working across iterations: I conduct regression testing across multiple feature updates to ensure stability before submissions, and I validate critical UI flows like splash screen, main menu navigation, control widget functionality, and HUD responsiveness. I also use organized QA documentation practices (Excel and Jira) to keep alignment between design specifications and implemented systems.
Beyond QA, I’ve also contributed as a Level Designer and Narrative Designer, developing systems-driven 2D top-down levels and immersive storytelling experiences using team workflows in Perforce. That blend of design thinking and testing discipline helps me communicate defect status, reproduce issues efficiently, and recommend gameplay adjustments based on QA findings.
