I am a detail-oriented problem solver with strong verbal and written communication skills and a track record in records management, accounts payable, and customer-facing roles. I prioritize accuracy and clear communication while supporting cross-functional teams.

In my current roles at Chart Request I perform QA for electronic medical records, verify patient records and dates of service, and handle data entry and document scanning. I also apply payments, maintain Excel payment logs, and manage invoicing and mail routing.

Previously I created and promoted blog content using social media and scheduling tools, and worked in revenue collection using SAP. I bring dependable clerical skills, familiarity with Slack and Hootsuite, and a consistent focus on excellent customer service.
