Directed a portfolio of 10 million USD annually and current team size of 200+ resources as a Delivery Partner for the TCS AWS Business Unit with growth plans for a group of Telecom and Media customers (Foxtel, TPG, Telstra, Stuff, News Corp Australia, Toshiba, Sky NZ) in Australia and New Zealand covering AWS support, App modernization, core services and business solutions

- Led project management activities such as project planning, costing, estimation, resource planning, vendor management (Mahindra Satyam), project delivery and co-ordination for the various initiatives that involved data and application changes in salesforce.com, Siebel and SAP as per scheduled Go-live dates.
- Proposed a Release Governance Process mechanism into the URM delivery engine

-Managed a team of 16 resources and provided technical guidance and solutions to complex problems during the post upgrade phase and also inputs towards analysis of logs generated by the upgrade process to identify root cause for potential problems and plan for solutions and fixes in the later stages.
- Conducted technical code reviews for complex fixes carried out by the project team

- Was involved in requirement gathering and analysis for the interfaces to the various telecom systems in Wataniya Algeria such as BSCS for postpaid and hybrid customer and XPERT for pre-paid customers, e-Voucher, VAD-VOMS, VMS, MMSC, etc onsite in Johannesburg, South Africa.
- Involved in discussions with the Wataniya IT team at client location Algeria and proposed an integration strategy

- Developed a real time interface using Inbound and Outbound web services in Siebel between Siebel and the MCPR system to enable users to capture various report types for a financial account and perform operations such as Add, Delete, and Update to have changes reflected on MCPR side using Siebel, working onsite in New York city with the Siebel team and business users

- Developed, maintained and enhanced two batch interfaces Enterprise Directory/ User Data and Eclipse worldwide batch interfaces with the Siebel PartnerPro PRM application using Siebel EIM and PL/SQL scripts for data maintenance and cleanup operations.
- Gathered business requirements for the EMEA region, analysis and development for the Eclipse batch interface for PRM onsite at Grenoble, France

- Worked on configuration activities using Siebel tools and the Business Process Designer to meet enhancement requests put forward by the users.
- Worked on applying the 7.5.3 patch for the base 7.5.2 application and post conflict resolution and testing of the same.
- Designed email interface using Communications Inbound Manager, Siebel Workflow processes and Email Response.

- Played a key role onsite in the upgradation of the application and was responsible for configuring the complex Opportunity module and Sites module in the upgraded application. Configured and upgraded the existing workflow and assignment rules in Siebel 6 to Siebel7.
- Played a role in data migration, system testing, training the end users and setting up the production environment
