At Valoores, I turn business and regulatory requirements into functional specifications, user guides, workflows, and tested delivery for banking, insurance, government, and fintech clients across MENA.
I work across KYC, AML, risk-based assessment, name matching, credit scoring, case management, and payment transaction lifecycles. I validate API-driven data flows, investigate defects with development and data integration teams, and support implementations ranging from watchlist screening to payment and bill-collection services.
Iām also helping evolve In Display, a no-code business-rules tool, into an AI-driven system that generates KYC screens from FSDs and requirements. My work includes a national government case-management initiative covering crypto KYC/VASP compliance and knowledge-graph investigation tooling.
