At the National Audubon Society, I partnered with executive leadership to turn organizational priorities into enterprise-wide initiatives, communications strategies, and implementation plans.

I directed the organization’s enterprise website transformation, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and driving execution across multiple departments. I also developed executive presentations, briefing materials, leadership messaging, and strategic narratives for senior leaders and board-level audiences.

I’ve led strategic planning for conservation, philanthropy, policy, and executive leadership priorities while managing concurrent initiatives and competing stakeholder needs. Through project tracking, executive reporting, governance discussions, and cross-functional planning sessions, I improved visibility, alignment, and decision-making.

Beyond operations and communications, I chaired the Black Employee Resource Group, leading executive engagement, programming, strategic planning, and culture initiatives across the enterprise. I bring more than 10 years of experience building alignment and translating complex priorities into actionable work.
