What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to people-focused teams that value both performance and well-being, using my psychology background, communication skills, and interest in mental health support.

I've supported mental well-being through a Psychology Internship at Wellness Within, where I trained in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), observed case discussions, and developed communication skills around cognitive restructuring.

As a psychoeducation intern in various schools, I conducted sessions on mental health and emotional well-being and facilitated interactive group discussions. I've also volunteered with Good Samaritan Women Society at an old age home, providing companionship and emotional support to elderly residents while pursuing an MA in Social Work.
