I’m a results-driven operations and customer service professional with leadership experience across hospitality, warehouse operations, and field operations support. I thrive in fast-paced environments where accurate documentation, strong communication, and consistent execution matter.

Since 2018, I’ve served as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, supervising daily food service operations, training teams, and resolving customer concerns to maintain high guest satisfaction. I also manage inventory, ordering, and safety compliance procedures while leading opening and closing operations.

In parallel, I’ve strengthened my operations background through inventory and logistics work, including managing stock replenishment, storage accuracy, and FIFO rotation. I’ve also supported field teams by creating and managing job packages, tracking work requests, and processing contractor invoices while maintaining operational logs and databases.
