What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote Construction Estimator role where I can apply my civil engineering experience to project plans, quantity takeoffs, and cost estimates, supporting US and Australian engineering operations.

At Dr. Rosales, I managed daily progress reporting and quality assurance inspections for a two-storey residential project. I also audited contractors’ Bill of Quantities documentation, identifying and correcting errors to help protect the owner’s budget.

As a Civil Engineering Intern at Autohide Architectural Design (AAD), I performed quantity take-offs and estimated structural work costs for a commercial facility using Google Sheets.

At AAD, I also monitored a three-storey residential and studio-type apartment project, delivering 16 weekly status reports. I developed structural plans and reinforcement bar cutting lists in AutoCAD for residential and mixed-use developments.

I’m a licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines, with training in cost estimation and quantity surveying. I use PlanSwift, MS Excel, and Google Sheets for estimating work.
