I’m a Licensed Civil Engineer (RCE) and Certified Safety Officer II (COSH) with a strong foundation in project controls, technical documentation, and site coordination. I focus on bridging the gap between site operations and administrative compliance so municipal infrastructure projects meet National Building Code and safety standards.

As a Civil Engineering Intern at LGU Roxas, I validated technical blueprints and permit applications against local regulatory standards, supporting 100% contractor adherence to the National Building Code. I also monitored critical path milestones, facilitated communication between senior engineers and contractors to mitigate site delays, and maintained cost auditing data integrity through MS Excel.

In parallel, I enforced COSH protocols through site walk-throughs, identified hazards, and ensured proper PPE usage. I bring meticulous attention to detail and strong technical tooling—AutoCAD, Planswift, Bluebeam, MS Project, and advanced MS Excel—to produce reliable quantity take-offs, BOQs, and documentation that’s ready for compliance and reporting.
