I manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and develop collection strategies based on individual customer circumstances. I generate MIS reports and share daily DRR and feedback with the Senior Manager.

At HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES Pvt Ltd (HDFC BANK), I worked as a Senior Collection Officer on personal loans and other unsecured products. I reviewed payment histories and overdue balances to shape recovery strategies.

I also coordinated field dues pickups, agency transfers, and customer payment plans, and maintained account records using putty Software and a dialer telecalling tool. I hold a D.R.A certification from Indian Institute Of Banking & Finance and have studied Data Science at Alma Better Institute.
