I'm seeking a Program Associate, Field Officer, CSR Program Executive, Community Development Officer, or M&E Associate role where I can combine community mobilisation, field research, documentation, and rights-based programme delivery.

I'm a Block Coordinator at CINI, bringing 4+ years of field experience across community development, child welfare, CSR research, and programme delivery in West Bengal and Rajasthan.

I've researched women contractual workers' safety at IOCL Bongaigaon Refinery, facilitated digital literacy training for tribal women with Seva Mandir, supported ICDS delivery in Bolpur, and assisted ICTC HIV/AIDS counselling in Darjeeling.
