At Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), I managed Passenger Service Charge collection and operated cashless card payments with 100% transaction accuracy. I also resolved passenger inquiries and payment discrepancies.
I conducted daily inspections of terminal advertising assets for compliance and maintained operational logs and administrative records. Earlier, I supported questionnaire research at the Dept. of Educational Administration and Planning, University of Abuja, and taught as an Undergraduate Teaching Intern at Fortress Bridge International School, Gwagwalada.
