Coordinated distribution and localisation services for MTV and Comedy Central across LATAM and Europe, serving as the main point of communication with all territories. Managed relationships with markets, liaised with external agencies for social asset localisation, and provided delivery dates, low-res files, and scripts.

Ordered subtitles and audio description for FTA channels, ensuring files were delivered and ready to air before transmission. Liaised with territory contacts, checked schedules for TX changes, re-cut subtitles for broadcast, and coordinated with the materials team to prioritise urgent subtitle vendor ingest.

Produced and coordinated Mecal Animation and short film festival and VR Festival, including pre-production, scheduling, budget management, and programming screenings. Managed the subtitles department, coordinating freelance translators, negotiating rates, and ensuring quality control of films.

Directed casting for commercials and music videos, analysing client briefs and researching talent. Managed emailing, database organisation, social networks, and rate negotiations, and prepared studio castings and callbacks with high-profile clients.
