What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a research role where I can synthesize functional thin films and develop electroforming-free, low-power resistive switching for neuromorphic computing and non-volatile memory, with opportunities to connect materials characterization to device performance.

I work on the synthesis of functional thin films and nanomaterials for neuromorphic computing and non-volatile memory. I’ve demonstrated electroforming-free, low-power resistive switching (RS) using chemical methods, and I focus on linking structure–defect chemistry–transport to device performance.

In my Ph.D. work, I study memristive properties of spray-deposited BaTiO and S3TiO thin films. I’m passionate about building materials and device approaches that translate into reliable memory behavior and meaningful switching characteristics.

I’ve authored multiple high-impact SCI research papers across NVM, neuromorphic computing, and advanced energy solutions—including photocatalysis, electrochemical water splitting, and energy storage. My technical toolkit spans thin-film deposition methods (spray pyrolysis, CBD, SILAR, reflux, hydrothermal, and electrodeposition) and characterization such as XRD, SEM/TEM, and XPS.
