What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a telehealth operations role where I can combine clinical fluency with system building—owning SOPs, workflows, training, and compliance—while partnering closely with providers to scale patient care efficiently.

I’m a Healthcare operations leader and Registered Respiratory Therapist with clinical experience across acute care, critical care, and NICU settings. I transitioned into telehealth operations where I build the systems, workflows, and infrastructure that make practices run—from SOP libraries and staff training to CRM automation and multi-state compliance documentation. I’m most effective as the connective tissue between providers, clinical leadership, and the systems that support them.

Most recently, I served as Operations Lead (COO-Level) for a multi-state telehealth practice, building end-to-end operational infrastructure in Notion, compliance trackers, onboarding SOPs, vendor management, and performance logs. I designed and launched clinical workflows for GLP-1 and peptide programs, led hiring using the Dan Martell framework, and managed a multi-state pharmacy transition while maintaining high-quality provider and staff support. Earlier, as a clinical support specialist, I used my RRT background to assist respiratory-related telehealth consultations, managed HIPAA documentation, and supported patient acquisition through website and social media work.
