Leading coordination and delivery of academic, laboratory and residential refurbishment projects valued up to £1m within university governance, safety and procurement frameworks. Directing design and contractor teams through RIBA stages and managing collaboration across Estates, Legal, Finance, Sustainability and Health and Safety teams.

Led development and delivery of private sector commercial schemes valued at £140m, managing full lifecycle of two Grade A office buildings and a multi storey car park under JCT Design and Build contracts. Directed contractor performance with McLaughlin and Harvey and led design coordination and value engineering.

Delivered infrastructure and port schemes up to £15m, contributing to the Freight CLdN Purfleet Terminal Redevelopment project. Oversaw construction of a new eastern access road and roundabout, managed installation of automated freight gates, and liaised with local authorities and planning consultants.
