I’m a Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner with diverse clinical experience spanning primary care, telehealth, weight management, and wellness services. I focus on managing complex patient needs through evidence-based care, careful coordination of treatment plans, and strong patient relationships.

In my current roles, I provide telehealth-based care for obesity, metabolic dysfunction, and chronic conditions, performing comprehensive virtual assessments that include medical history review, risk stratification, and laboratory interpretation. I develop individualized plans that combine pharmacologic therapy with lifestyle modification, then monitor outcomes, weight trends, lab values, and medication adherence to guide timely adjustments.

I also manage hormone replacement therapy and metabolic/chronic health needs through ongoing virtual care, while educating patients on disease management, nutrition, exercise, and self-monitoring strategies. I document clinical encounters and treatment plans in electronic medical record systems while maintaining regulatory compliance, and I collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals for continuity of care.

Before advancing to advanced practice, I built a foundation as an ICU Registered Nurse at Silver Cross Hospital, where I monitored and interpreted complex patient data, including vital signs, laboratory results, and hemodynamic parameters. Today, I bring that critical-care awareness into outpatient and telehealth settings, continuing to deliver preventive, patient-centered care that improves long-term outcomes.
