What I'm looking for

I’m looking to advance healthcare access through coordinated, patient-centered care—especially via telemedicine—while managing chronic conditions and high-risk cases. I want to help deliver timely assessments, strong treatment plans, and better outcomes.

I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in telemedicine and urgent care, focused on managing chronic diseases and providing high-risk patient care. I’m known for thorough patient assessment and clear treatment planning, with a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes through care coordination and patient education.

In my current role with MosaicHealth, I develop comprehensive treatment plans for high-risk patients and coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams. I also perform virtual and telephonic assessments, support timely diagnosis and intervention, and helped spearhead the implementation of a 24/7 telemedicine program across multiple states to expand access to care.
