I’m a compassionate, highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in men’s and women’s health, medical weight loss management, peri- and post-menopause symptom management, peptide therapy, and hormone optimization. I’m passionate about empowering individuals to achieve sustainable outcomes through lifestyle modification and individualized, evidence-based treatment.

In my current Independent Acute Care Clinic telehealth role (March 2023 – March 2026), I conduct comprehensive telemedicine visits for acute and chronic conditions and manage hormone replacement therapy for men and women with individualized plans and ongoing monitoring. I prescribe and monitor peptide therapies, lead medical weight-loss programs using GLP-1 receptor agonists, interpret lab results, and adjust treatment plans to ensure both efficacy and safety—while maintaining compliant documentation in EMR systems.

Previously at Mantality Health & ReVital Women’s Hormone Clinic (August 2019 – March 2023), I served as the sole provider responsible for evaluating and managing hormone replacement therapy, ED, peri/pre-menopause symptoms, and medical weight loss. I managed 500+ active patients through in-person and telehealth care and delivered testosterone and peptide therapy via injections or subcutaneous testosterone pellets, while treating overweight patients using lifestyle education and medical interventions such as GLP-1 agonists (e.g., semaglutide, trizepitide) and phentermine.

Before becoming an FNP, I built strong clinical grounding as a Registered Nurse in fast-paced Emergency Department and Medical ICU settings, including ventilator management, sepsis protocols, and rapid response interventions. I bring that critical-care mindset to patient education, chronic disease prevention, and patient-centered access using synchronous and asynchronous communication (email, Zoom, and phone), supported by strong EMR experience and bilingual fluency in English, Urdu, and Hindi.
