I am looking for a role that allows me to utilize my clinical skills in a supportive environment, focusing on patient-centered care and community health.

I am a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over eight years of experience in primary care, home health, palliative care, and urgent care. My practice is guided by evidence-based guidelines and a holistic approach to medicine, ensuring excellent patient outcomes. I have a strong ability to build therapeutic relationships with patients and their families, which I believe is essential for effective care.

Throughout my career, I have worked with a predominantly geriatric population, managing full-risk Medicare patients at MyCare Medical. I actively participated in clinical meetings to develop achievable care plans, focusing on keeping patients healthy and happy at home. My experience also includes conducting virtual visits as a Telemedicine NP, where I maintained comprehensive medical records and addressed urgent care needs remotely.
