What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support healthcare operations, care coordination, compliance, quality improvement, and patient-centered initiatives where I can use data, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to improve care delivery.

I've led healthcare initiatives at BCBS, coordinating teams across healthcare services, IT, and product development to implement mobile-based home care solutions.

I manage project lifecycles, monitor utilization, access, and quality KPIs, and develop reports and dashboards that support population health, care-gap identification, and operational decisions. My work includes healthcare data validation, audit readiness, HIPAA adherence, workflow optimization, and quality improvement.

I've also supported healthcare enrollment outreach and direct care services, collaborating with community partners, providers, case managers, and families to reduce barriers to care and support individualized care plans.
