What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role that uses my nursing quality, compliance, and care-coordination experience to improve patient safety and outcomes—while working closely with providers and teams to meet TJC and CMS expectations.

I’m a Quality Nurse who drives patient safety and quality through meticulous chart audits and compliance with TJC standards and CMS regulations. I focus on infection prevention reporting, sepsis bundle compliance, opioid prescribing guideline monitoring, and accurate ICD-10 coding.

In my current role at Greene County General Hospital, I audit for TJC and CMS compliance, monitor falls, troubleshoot issues, and lead falls team efforts. I also support rounding for safety and quality of hospital care and environment per TJC standards and CMS regulations, and I organize and report monthly data to IHA, CMS, and TJC.

Earlier, I built strong operational and care-coordination leadership through roles with Help at Home, Inc., including Area Manager overseeing 3 offices and Alternate Nursing Supervisor supporting RN case management work. I managed compliance with Federal/State regulations, handled disciplinaries, and strengthened outcomes through care coordination, chart audits, and OASIS submission.

My clinical foundation includes RN Case Manager responsibilities, supervision of home health aides, vital signs and lab draws, full body assessments, and coordination of care with agencies. I also bring experience beyond hospital quality work, including Addictions Counselor work with assessments, Individual Treatment Plans, and crisis intervention.
