What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote position where I can apply my skills in administrative support, customer service, sales, page administration, and digital tools while gaining professional experience and developing new skills.

I managed a Fast-Food Shop’s Facebook page using Business Suite, responding to customer inquiries, orders, and messages. I also created and posted promotional content.

At the shop, I provided customer service in person, through social media, and by phone. As a Sales Assistant, I assisted customers with products and purchases and supported daily shop operations.

As a volunteer Outreach Director, I researched organizations and potential partners and supported outreach emails. In a volunteer project, I created simple scripts and content based on project topics.
