At Bridge 9 Theatre, I secure and coordinate educational classes, live shows, and site visits with schools and businesses to support program growth and client satisfaction.

I manage teacher and student scheduling, increase class and show production, and design and lead improv and improv connection courses for high school and adult students.

Previously at Virginia Commonwealth University, I supported administration through document organization, proofreading, event logistics, staff management, and workshops. I used systems including Excel and Word to maintain class information, improve operations, and support effective communication.

I also bring extensive hospitality experience, including launching operating systems, managing inventory and purchase orders, designing menu offerings, and training restaurant employees on daily tasks and customer interactions.
