What I'm looking for
I’m an HR Specialist focused on enhancing operational efficiency and maintaining compliance across distributed teams. I streamline onboarding workflows and strengthen HR documentation so leaders can rely on clean, accurate records.
In my current role, I supported senior leadership with strategic HR and operational initiatives for a fully distributed international team. I streamlined onboarding processes, achieving a 20% reduction in hiring turnaround time while maintaining 100% accuracy in employee records, and I managed onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and compliance documentation in a cloud-based environment.
I build visibility into workforce performance through dashboards and KPI reporting using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
