I’m a UX Researcher and Human Factors Specialist with 3.3 years of experience leading user research, usability evaluation, and product experience optimization initiatives. I specialize in qualitative, quantitative, and biometric research methods, and I partner closely with stakeholders to turn findings into clear product direction.

I lead end-to-end research to identify usability challenges, uncover behavioral insights, and recommend improvements. I design and execute studies using surveys, usability testing, behavioral observation, eye-tracking, EEG-based evaluation methods, and heuristic reviews, while building scalable research frameworks to evaluate new features, user journeys, and interaction models.

I’ve also driven information architecture and content prioritization to improve discoverability, comprehension, and reduce cognitive load. I mentor junior team members across research planning, execution, synthesis, and presentation, helping leadership adopt user-centered design and supporting evidence-based product decisions through research-driven practice.
