At Gallup, I own application support and deployment for the EU region, including bi-weekly production releases and incident response. I re-architected an asynchronous processing pipeline to handle 400,000 emails in about 20 minutes, replacing a process that took 10–12 hours.

I also built an internal platform for automated database deployments across environments and designed event-driven integrations and ETL pipelines. My work includes GDPR-aligned data operations, microservices modernization, and observability platforms for engineering teams.
