At Lugar de Pollo, I progressed from Cashier to Front Desk Manager. I currently oversee front desk operations and manage reservations and the booking system.
I train new staff on front desk procedures and customer service standards, and delegate daily tasks across the team. As a Cashier, I handled cash, credit, and debit transactions and helped meet daily sales targets.
I'm completing a Virtual Assistant Course to build remote skills in email and calendar management, scheduling, data entry, record keeping, and online research. I was also a Harare City Junior Councillor.
