What I'm looking for

I seek a growth-oriented role leading automation and QA teams where I can design scalable test architectures, drive CI/CD adoption, and mentor engineers.

I am an experienced Automation Technical Lead and Engineering Manager with over 12 years in Quality Assurance, automation framework development, test management, and DevOps collaboration. I have led teams of up to 18 practitioners and built BDD and Page Object Model frameworks from scratch using Python, Java, and pytest-bdd.

My work includes building CI/CD-integrated automation (TeamCity, Jenkins, GitLab), creating Allure test reporting, and working with cloud and data tools such as AWS S3 and Redshift. I have delivered automation and performance testing solutions using tools like JMeter, Selenium, Cypress, and BrowserStack while coordinating closely with product owners and DevOps.
