What I'm looking for

I’m looking to begin my professional journey in HR, particularly in employee engagement, recruitment, and training and development, and contribute to building positive workplace cultures.

At Fairfield by Marriott, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru, I completed industrial training in Human Resources and hotel operations. My HR training gave me exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, and documentation.

I also trained in Housekeeping and Culinary, gaining an understanding of daily operations and coordination.

I graduated with a B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from Sunderdeep College of Hotel Management, affiliated to JNU. My academic background strengthened skills relevant to beginning a career in HR.

I’m particularly interested in employee engagement, recruitment, and training and development. During my internship, I was awarded Intern of the Month.
