I completed industrial training as an HR & Operations Trainee at Prince Corp Pvt. Ltd. in a manufacturing environment, gaining practical exposure to human resources, production, quality assurance, and store management.

I observed employee training, performance management, workplace operations, and organizational workflows. I also contributed to research on how employee training and development improves organizational performance.

I recently completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and am ready to apply my academic knowledge in an entry-level HR or administrative role.
