At Iris Software, I architected and delivered the Compliance Data Engine, replacing a monolithic legacy platform with Spring Boot 3 microservices and event-driven Apache Kafka pipelines.
I've built resilient, observable production systems using CQRS, SAGA, Transactional Outbox, Resilience4j, Micrometer, Docker, Red Hat OpenShift, and Kubernetes. I also built CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Harness, supported a 99.9% uptime SLA, and managed 20+ feature enhancements across two release cycles.
Previously at Infosys, I built operations automation platforms, reporting engines, account automation bots, and VM monitoring services that reduced manual L1 intervention by about 60% across five support teams.
