At The Retail Insights Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., I test e-commerce platforms across luxury retail, beauty, loyalty, and multi-brand retail. For Seddiqi Holding’s luxury e-commerce platform, I perform functional and regression testing and automate workflows with Selenium WebDriver and Python Requests.
On the Seddiqi Holding project, I validate customer journeys from product catalog through high-value checkout and payment, along with cross-browser and cross-device experiences. I also coordinate defect triage within Agile sprints.
For SS Beauty, I validated Google Analytics event tracking and tested Power BI dashboards against source data, using SQL for backend verification. I also used SAP Cockpit to check product, catalog, pricing, inventory, and order data.
Across projects including Shoppers Stop, ITC, VIDA, and Decathlon’s Humine, I tested e-commerce, order management, and HR workflows. Earlier, as a Trainee Engineer at Kutumbh Care Pvt. Ltd., I tested telecom CRM, billing, order management, provisioning, and inventory modules.
