I’m an SAP S/4HANA SD Certified Associate Consultant with project exposure in migration and AMS support environments. I focus on the Order-to-Cash cycle—sales order processing, pricing, delivery, billing, and returns—and translate business issues into functional solutions.

In my current role with Naventra Infotech Pvt. Ltd. for AB SKF, I analyzed issues across sales order, delivery, and billing, investigated pricing inconsistencies, and supported correction activities. I also worked on master data validation and business transaction processing, coordinating with MM & FI teams for integration-related issues.

I actively support end users by guiding transaction processing and business flow understanding, and I assist testing activities during migration validation and defect resolution. I also support return orders and credit/debit memo scenarios to keep SD processes running smoothly.

I hold SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, Sales (SD), and completed structured SAP Functional Training & Upskilling in SAP ECC & S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (2022–2024). My experience as a Primary Teacher strengthened my communication and problem-solving approach, which I apply to effective user guidance and training support.
