I seek an entry-level role where I can apply customer support and frontend skills, learn continuously, contribute to team goals, and grow in a collaborative environment.

I am a Bachelor of Computer Science graduate with a strong academic record (CGPA: 8.49) and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and improving my abilities. I enjoy applying both technical and interpersonal skills to solve real problems.

As a Customer Support Executive at BDO Private Limited, I handled inbound queries related to PAN cards, resolved issues with clarity, and ensured customer satisfaction while following company policies and interaction guidelines. That role strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
