I've led performance engineering for Commercial Bank of Dubai platforms including Sherlock, Green Channel, Digital Wealth Platform, RMB, and WCAS Upgrade. I design workload models, validate scalability and resiliency, and support production readiness across distributed cloud-native banking applications.
For HDFC Bank's Line 6 mobile and net banking platform, I built automated JMeter scripts for 39 critical workflows and validated workloads exceeding 125,000 concurrent users. I also tested resilience across pod, node, availability-zone, database, and cluster failures in Kubernetes-based multi-cluster environments.
I've used AppDynamics, Azure Application Insights, Dynatrace, GCP Monitoring, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Splunk, and MuleSoft Monitoring to uncover CPU bottlenecks, latency, API inefficiencies, and resource contention. I build dashboards that make response time, throughput, JVM behaviour, error rates, and infrastructure health visible during large-scale tests.
Across QualityKiosk and Capgemini engagements for CBD, Maybank, HDFC Bank, and Chubb, I've delivered load, stress, spike, soak, capacity, scalability, and resiliency testing. I work closely with development, DevOps, database, and infrastructure teams to turn performance findings into tuning recommendations and release confidence.
