What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my fintech and payments experience to complex digital products, turning business goals into clear requirements and delivering measurable improvements through close collaboration with business, analytics, and engineering teams.

I've shaped payment products and enterprise systems at Manzana Group, Bolshaya Troika, Narodnaya Karta, and CrestWave. Across fintech and payments, I translate ambiguous business goals into structured requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and integration specifications.

At Narodnaya Karta, I defined requirements for a B2C payment card ecosystem that grew from 700K to 2.8M users, and designed partner and merchant onboarding flows that reduced onboarding from roughly six months to 1.5 weeks. I also authored requirements for a microservices platform migration supporting 2,000 TPS.

More recently, I built analytical datasets in SQL, aligned stakeholders across complex environments, and helped reduce post-kickoff requirement changes by 50% while reaching a 96% feature acceptance rate. My work spans BPMN and UML modelling, payment gateways, P2P transfers, inter-bank settlement, API integrations, and digital product ecosystems.
