At MyRepublic, I performed FTTH network maintenance and troubleshooting, checked and repaired customer network issues, and handled Work Orders according to targets and SLAs.
Before that, I delivered packages at J&T EXPRESS and worked in packing teams at Vie Vie Online Shop and Daviena Skincare, checking orders and preparing shipments.
I also assisted technicians with vehicle inspections and maintenance at Bengkel Marsono. I studied Motorcycle Engineering at SMK PGRI 1 Surabaya and am currently studying Communication Studies at Universitas Terbuka.
