I’m a results-driven Project Manager with 3+ years of progressive experience leading cross-functional IT teams and managing end-to-end project lifecycles. I focus on delivering concurrent projects on time and within scope by combining Agile and Waterfall approaches.

In my current role, I lead teams of 10+ members across development and operations, using Agile sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to drive productivity and transparent issue resolution. I own initiation through closure—defining scope, timelines, and milestones with stakeholders, maintaining project charters and RAID logs, and using structured risk management to prevent delivery disruptions.

I also bring strong execution and delivery rigor: optimizing resource allocation and task prioritization, enforcing quality assurance through code review processes and UAT sign-offs, and tracking outcomes with KPI reporting. Earlier, as an Assistant Project Manager, I managed 15+ concurrent IT projects and produced executive-ready dashboards and status reporting, while my technical background supports practical stakeholder communication and smoother delivery across teams.
