I’m a results-driven Quality Management professional with 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and end-to-end QMS implementation in hygiene and nonwoven manufacturing. As a QMS Coordinator & Management Representative, I lead and maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IMS, ensuring audit readiness through management reviews, quality KPIs, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.

I govern CAPA & NCR closure, support SOP governance and document control, and conduct ISO awareness and QMS training to strengthen cross-functional capability. Previously, as a QA/QC Executive, I managed finished goods release and product qualification, performed laboratory testing and equipment validation, and led RCA & CAPA for customer complaints using statistical tools—backed by my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and internal auditor credentials.
