At StayinFront India, I plan and conduct internal audits across APAC, including India, New Zealand, and Australia. I assess business processes, compliance, QMS, and SDLC controls against ISO 9001 and applicable requirements.
I also review audit findings and CAPA investigations, follow action plans through to evidence-based closure, and support the Quality Management System. As Management Representative for the India site’s ISO 9001 QMS, I coordinate internal and external audit preparation.
At Technocrat Consultants, I consulted with clients on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems, including implementation support, audits, and documentation. At Gujarat Heavy Chemicals Limited, I coordinated integrated management systems and supported Kaizen, 5S, and process improvement activities.
At Maxxis Rubber India Private Limited, I worked in production planning and process improvement. I reduced rubber scrap from 11060 PPM to 800 PPM by modifying machine parameters, and developed procedures and documentation from scratch. At StayinFront, I also implemented a Qualio training plan organized by department, function, and employee role.
