I’m a results-driven Quality Assurance professional with 10+ years of experience in the FMCG industry, specializing in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Food Safety, and Integrated Management Systems (IMS). I currently lead plant-level quality operations across QMS, EMS, OHSAS, Halal, and Organic systems, with full ownership of audits, compliance, CAPA, and quality performance.

I drive KPI-based quality improvements through root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions, and I strengthen digital quality systems using Microsoft 365. I also coordinate internal and external audits (including supplier audits), manage regulatory documentation and compliance for FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP, and train/mentor QA teams to sustain performance standards. My background includes building and maintaining ISO 22000/FSSC-aligned QMS documentation such as SOPs, STPs, and specifications, along with calibration/validation and risk assessment.
